She was arrested after resisting and threatening deputies and is charged with assault and resisting arrest.

The incident happened shortly after 9 p.m. when Trumbull County sheriff's deputies responded to a fight that broke out between 15 to 20 people at the county fair, WKBN-TV reports. Although he brawl had ended by the time deputies arrived, they still encountered antagonistic fairgoers.
Deputies worked to move the crowd out of the fairgrounds, and a mounted deputy used her horse to direct people. A juvenile, however, tried to force her way back into the fair, punching the mounted deputy's horse in the neck, chest and shoulder.
The girl was arrested and continued to threaten and struggle with deputies. She was finally put on the back of a golf cart as deputies continued to control the crowd.
The girl was charged with assault and resisting arrest.
