Video Shows Texas Officers Form Human Chain to Rescue Family Trapped in Car

Dramatic video released Tuesday shows cops form a human chain to rescue a family trapped in rising floodwaters in Texas. The cops came together to help a family of four stranded in their car as the flood rose. The video was caught on the bodycam of the Conroe police officers in the chain. One of the cops went under to get to the car as Tropical Storm Imelda struck the town of Conroe. When she came up, her flashlight illuminated the path for a little boy being passed to safety.
