Lapel video: Officer Daniel Webster shot during traffic stop
On Nov. 14, 2016, officials released officer Daniel Webster's lapel footage, which shows the traffic stop that lead to his death. Webster, an officer with the Albuquerque Police Department, was shot at close range on Oct. 21, 2015, and died a week later.
