Ala. Police Search for Thief who Made Escape on Riding Lawnmower

Flomaton police are asking the public to help identify and locate a woman accused of driving a riding lawnmower with a trailer of stolen loot, including a University of Alabama yard sign.

Flomaton, AL, police are searching for a woman who is accused of using a riding lawnmower to take off with a trailer of stolen items.

Police in a south Alabama town are searching for a female theft suspect they say made her getaway on a stolen riding lawnmower.

“Do you know them? Please Share!!! If you have any information on this subject’s identity, please notify us!” Flomaton police posted on Facebook.

Police in the Escambia County town say they do not know the identity of the woman but say the items pictured in a small trailer pulled by the lawnmower are also stolen. The trailer, police say, is also stolen.

One of the items appears to be an University of Alabama yard sign.

“The Alabama A = Represents the Chief’s Favorite Football Team, but is also stolen,” the post states.
