Police arrested one suspect—Darius D. Sullivan—on Friday in Manchester, Indiana, The Associated Press reports. A SWAT unit and U.S. Marshals were executing a search warrant on the home when Sullivan, 25, surrendered.
Later on Friday, a second suspect—Xandria A. Harris—turned herself in to Bradley police. Harris, 26, is believed to have been at the hotel at the time of the shooting.
Two other people accused of impeding the hunt for Sullivan and Harris were arrested and charged Thursday. Illinois State Police continue to investigate the incident.
The shooting of the Bradley officers happened hours after the fatal shooting of another Illinois law enforcement officer. Wayne County Deputy Sean Riley was discovered shot and killed along Interstate 64 after he had responded to a motorist in need of assistance.
