Rolling Surveillance

This course will instruct the student in rolling surveillance techniques, with emphasis on pre-planning, discipline, patience, teamwork, creativity, proper documentation and decision making, identifying and responding to counter-surveillance, realistic situations, and electronic monitoring devices/detectors. Handheld radios and Thomas Guides will be provided for use during the class.
