A man accused in a road rage incident last week surrendered to Iowa police while still of pointing a gun at two people after a crash, and a bystander's video captured the incident.

Des Moines police responded to a crash shortly after 2:30 p.m. Friday, with calls saying a driver was pointing a gun at the people in another vehicle, KCCI-TV reports. At the scene, the suspect, later identified as Bradley Ratkovich, was pointing a Glock handgun at two teenagers in a vehicle that had rear-ended Ratkovich.

In the bystander video, Ratkovich, holding the back of his head, can be seen standing and pointing a handgun in front of the vehicle that had allegedly crashed into his. When police arrive at the scene, Ratkovich puts his gun on the ground, steps away and places his hands behind his back as he waits for officers to handcuff him.

Witness told police that Ratkovich had to shoot the teens while pointing the gun at them.

Ratkovich was arrested, and he faces two counts of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and other charges.

The incident is under investigation.
