FREMONT, California — Durabook has introduced its Vanguard Partner Program, a new initiative designed to strengthen support for authorized channel partners by providing deal registration, opportunity protection, and additional sales resources.
The program is available to authorized Durabook partners in good standing and builds on the company's existing Partner Program. According to Durabook, the Vanguard Partner Program establishes a structured process for registering and tracking new business opportunities while helping reduce channel conflicts and protect partners' investments in customer acquisition.

Under the program, authorized resellers that identify, qualify, and register new business opportunities receive recognized ownership of those opportunities within the Durabook channel ecosystem. According to the company, the process is intended to provide greater confidence during the sales cycle while helping partners protect the time and resources invested in developing new business.
Durabook said participating partners also receive access to competitive pricing, sales enablement resources, technical expertise, and dedicated sales support. Registered opportunities are eligible for additional discounts, while partners can also take advantage of special promotions, incentive programs, and pre-qualified sales leads.
The company said the Vanguard Partner Program is supported through a dedicated partner portal that provides access to sales and marketing materials, training resources, technical support, and industry events. The initiative is intended to help resellers, system integrators, and value-added providers expand business opportunities within the rugged computing market.
For law enforcement agencies and other public safety organizations that procure rugged mobile technology through authorized resellers, the program is designed to strengthen channel support and improve partner engagement, which may enhance access to technical expertise and product support during procurement and deployment.
