OpCenter, from Open Software Solutions, Inc., is a browser-based application that provides remote view-only access to the agency's Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System. OpCenter, which is comprised of two applications, OpsCAD and OpsRMS, provides an increased level of flexibility for public safety professionals to connect to the agency's CAD and RMS applications. This new technology brings greater freedom for the agency's staff that does not need full access the agency's Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System. OpsCAD provides agencies utilizing OSSI's Computer Aided Dispatch application with the mobility to view open/active calls, available/active units, and search historical event information. OpsRMS application provides easy searching capability to allow authorized personnel to submit a single query and retrieve information including viewing names, vehicles, and incidents.
