MINNESOTA-Police Officer Ryan Bialke, of the Red Lake Nation Police Department, Tribal Police, died on July 27, 2021. Officer Bialke was responding to a suicidal subject call when the subject opened fire at him. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The suspect fled but was taken into custody later.
Officer Bialke served with the Red Lake Nation Police Department for 6 years and is survived by his wife and children.
