Officer Down: Officer Kevin Apple

ARKANSAS-Police Officer Kevin Apple, of the Pea Ridge Police Department, died June 26, 2021. Officer Apple was struck by a vehicle in a parking lot. The vehicle had fled officers from another town after they attempted to stop the car. Officer Apple along with another officer saw the car at a gas station. When they attempted to contact the driver, the driver accelerated and hit a patrol car then Officer Apple. The suspect was later arrested.

Officer Apple served with the Pea Ridge Police Department for 3 years and had served with the Lowell Police Department and the Farmington Police Department as well.
