AikiTech, Inc. is a Scottsdale, Arizona company building ELLY, a GenAI orchestration platform for regulated industries, with a flagship focus on emergency communications. ELLY gives 911 call-takers and dispatchers real-time fidelity on incoming calls, detecting dangerous "swatting" calls while the call is still in progress through two complementary analysis layers: evaluation of call metadata across multiple independent signals, and live transcription analysis of the call itself.

Findings are presented to PSAP personnel as decision support, not automation: the human stays in command of every response decision.
