There are two choices of custom-molded shell systems, with Alien Gear Holsters' classic Cloak series shell and the ShapeShift modular system shell. The Cloak series shell, the archetypical hybrid design, bolts to the holster base and can be adjusted for the perfect retention setting.
The ShapeShift system uses a precision-molded shell system that swaps between holster bases, attaching at just a single secure point and then locked in place. The user can swap between holster styles at the drop of a hat, should IWB be preferred at some times and OWB at others.
