Video: Patient Steals Calif. Police Car, Rams Another Unit

Two San Jose police officers were injured after a hospital patient took off with a patrol SUV and struck another person before running into another cruiser.
A hospital patient stole a police car and crashed into another cruiser Monday, injuring two California officers.
The incident happened at about 2:30 p.m. after a patient at a San Jose hospital fought with security and fled from the facility, KNTV-TV reports. He was spotted by an officer, who got out of his SUV and pursued on foot.
But the patient circled back and stole the officer's running vehicle. While he was fleeing in the SUV, he struck another person.
Finally, the patient was caught on video driving in circles before ramming another patrol unit.
Two officers, the patient and another person were injured and taken to the hospital. The patient was arrested and will be facing several charges.
