The best way Jill Suarez could honor her late father was to continue his legacy. She just took the Oath of Honor at the NYPD Police Academy. Her father, Officer Ramon Suarez, was killed as he helped others during rescue efforts at the World Trade Center on 9/11. She now hopes to follow in his footsteps.
