The madman accused of mailing a hate-filled manifesto to President Trump is now under arrest after a 10-day manhunt. Joseph Jakubowski, 32, went on the run ten days ago, after his friend recorded him with a cell phone mailing his crazy manifesto to the White House. Jakubowski was captured around 6 a.m. Friday at a remote farm in southwestern Wisconsin. It was feared he was planning to launch attacks against churches on Easter. Following the arrest, Gov. Scott Walker thanked authorities on Twitter.
