November and the silly season is officially here. As Thanksgiving is only a week away and Christmas a whopping 39 days out, events will ramp up and community interaction will accelerate. That doesn't reduce your team's workload for warrant services, hostage barricades, etc. Make sure the balance is maintained so your troops get enough rest and down time.
