An NYPD police dog was injured after falling through the ceiling of a home during a raid last week.

K-9 Timoshenko -- named after Detective Russel Timoshenko, who was fatally shot during a traffic stop in 2007 -- fell through the floor of the attic after leading officers to a cache of weapons inside the Sebring Street residence in Red Hook on Thursday, according to NBC New York.

The K-9 is now recovering after being transported to a local animal hospital where he received seven stitches.

Agron Haskaj, 61, was arrested on multiple weapons charges.
