Our product was originally designed to assist police and emergency personal, and will continue to be deployed by those agencies. After careful review by the U.S. Department of Justices BATFE (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Division) it was determined that the ARMA 100 when used as a non-lethal weapon for use by the general public would not be regulated. The ARMA 100 is legal in all 50 states.
