West Coast Ammunition has been in business since 1988 providing small arms munitions to law enforcement agencies. From 1988 to 2005 we manufactured new and remanufactured pistol and rifle ammunition along with frangible ammunition for law enforcement.
In 1999, after a year of research, development and testing we began selling our Accusox 12 gauge Duty Less Lethal Bean Bag Munitions, TBB Training Bean Bag Munitions and RTBB Recycled Training Bean Bag Munitions. Recently we added the ABB Animal Bean Bag Munitions for animal control.
In 2005 we changed directions and sold the metallic cartridge portion of our business in order to dedicate all our efforts to 12 gauge less lethal bean bag munitions. Being a retired law enforcement officer, I am committed to the law enforcement community. We provide quality munitions, fast service and lower pricing through direct sales. All of our munitions are 100% made in the U.S.A.
Our manufacturing process differs from other manufacturers. We utilize commercial laboratory scales to weigh out all the components of our munitions prior to assembly. This process is very time consuming but worth while. As a result of this process our munitions have a higher degree of accuracy and consistency. All of our munitions are independently test by Tom Burczynski president of Experimental Research Ballistic Lab.
We take law enforcement training very serious and provide training referral to National Training Concepts for P.O.S.T. certified training. We are not affiliated with National Training Concepts nor do we benefit financially from referrals.
