Mobile Ammunition Combustion System (MACS)

For safe, efficient and environmentally friendly disposal of live ammunition and illicit drugs. The Mobile Ammunition Combustion System (MACS) from TWB Designs Inc. was designed as a small, affordable, portable burner capable of disposing 60 pounds of ammunition per hour. MACS produces clean separation and retrieval of recyclable lead and brass providing significant cost recovery over time. The system is a safe and environmentally acceptable way of destroying ammunition. The enclosed design of MACS introduces enhanced safety features during the incineration process and ensures that any particulate released during the burning inside the chamber is consumed before venting. MACS has tested up to 50 caliber ammunition and 97-percent of recyclable material is recovered from each load of small arms ammunition after every cycle.
