A deputy fought to save a man who tried to jump onto a highway. The rescue was caught on a patrol car's dashcam. Deputy William Ball of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office in Ohio stopped to check on a man he saw on a highway overpass. The Sheriff's office says the man yelled, "I'm sorry, I have nothing left" before he tried to jump over the wall. Deputy Ball grabbed his legs and pulled him to safety.
