Police: Man Who Shot N.Y. Firefighters Had Killing Plan

The ex-con who lured two firefighters to their deaths in a blaze of gunfire in Webster, NY wrote he wanted to burn down the neighborhood and kill people, police said as they found remains believed to be William Spengler's missing sister.
