A routine traffic stop in Texas turned dangerous after a police officer was sideswiped by a suspected drunk driver. Police officer Matt Lesell was tossed into the air after being struck during a stop in Fort Worth last month. The footage of the horrific incident was recently released and the officer is thanking his lucky stars for surviving the hit. Lesell has a gash on his forehead, just one of the many injuries he sustained when the car slammed into him.
