Video: Florida Man Shows Police His Marijuana Plants
When police rolled up on Arthur Carracino, the Florida man was dressed in nothing but a Speedo and an open flannel shirt, standing proudly beside his marijuana plant. Carracino offered for officers to smoke with him, but to his dismay, they refused. Officers wound up arresting the 65-year-old, but not before he made a particular request.
