BELLEVUE, Wash., Sept. 11, 2007 -- Apollo Video Technology (www.avt-usa.com) of Bellevue, Wash. introduces the latest version of the RoadRunner In-Car Digital Video System now featuring optional 2.4 GHz wireless audio recording.

In addition to the existing 900 MHz wireless audio kit, the new 2.4 GHz option will allow officers further range and clearer communications, providing improved recorded evidence. Recording up to two audio and four video inputs, the RoadRunner system provides full coverage surveillance.

The RoadRunner system offers several easy methods for offloading video and audio evidence and provides viewing and controls utilizing existing in-car laptop computers or with an optional LCD package. The RoadRunner DVR's Mil-Spec and SAE rated steel construction provides proven durability in harsh mobile environments and includes a standard three year warranty.
