Missing Florida Corrections Officer Sought

Authorities are seeking the public's help in finding a Brevard County corrections deputy who is diabetic and missing without his insulin.

Authorities are seeking the public's help in finding a Brevard County corrections deputy who is diabetic and missing without his insulin, the Titusville Police Department said Sunday night.

According to police, Darryl Conner was last seen at the Super 8 Motel on Garden Street early Sunday. He is a Type 2 diabetic and has not had insulin in over 16 hours, police said.

Conner, a certified corrections deputy with the Brevard County Sheriff's Office, was last seen wearing jeans and a black polo shirt with a white shirt underneath, authorities reported.

He is in his mid-30s and is 5-foot-9, with a muscular build. Anyone with information is asked to call Titusville police at (321) 264-7800 and the Sheriff's Office at (321) 264-5100.
