Tactical Leadership Commander

This dynamic course will address the various demands confronting today's tactical commanders and team leaders, such as recruiting and retention, standards, documentation and training. You will learn basic and advanced tactical theory, leadership roles, organizational structure and the legal issues relating to tactical teams. We will also explore more advanced issues such as hostage/barricade resolution, search warrant service, and response to spontaneous and violent incidents.
