This comprehensive 40-hour workshop allows students to learn how to identify various stains and spatters to determine if the stain is in fact blood. Under classroom conditions, students observe how blood reacts to motion and force. Students also learn how to document bloodstains and competently testify about the significance of the stains as evidence. Topics covered include how to develop well preserved scenes for future evaluation, and how to evaluate circumstances and statements.
