A highway chase ends with a kiss and some handcuffs. California police say a man and a woman stole a U-Haul pickup truck and took it for a late-morning spin. The 'Bonnie & Clyde'-style duo first ran over a spike strip, and shred a tire. That slowed them down, but they kept going.
