VIP Police Strobe

In the United States, of the 83 officers who were accidentally killed in the line of duty in 2007 as a result of automobile accidents, 12 officers were struck by vehicles. Of the 12 officers struck by vehicles, seven were involved in traffic stops or roadblocks and five officers were directing traffic and assisting motorists. The VIP Police Strobe from Adventure Lights adds an additional signal to passing motorists that an officer is present on the roadway, in addition to the lightbar. The bright lights on a police cruiser can obscure anyone standing around it; so when a car is barreling down the highway at 55 or 65 mph,  you need a flashing strobe on the officer, not just on the cruiser.
