The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) trade show is taking place at McCormick Place West in Chicago, Illinois October 24-27, 2015. LEID Products will showcase its BACS™ Asset Management Systems and unveil its new MATRIX high-density storage line in booth #1708.
LEID Products will be among more than 650 companies exhibiting at this premier event for law enforcement demonstrating the latest innovations in tactical equipment, weaponry, asset management, intelligence technology and more. LEID’s hands-on exhibit will offer live demonstrations of its BACS™ Systems - intelligent biometric access control systems used to secure and track critical inventory including weapons, critical equipment, keys and evidence. LEID’s patented biometrically accessed BACS™ Systems offer self-service pick-up/drop-off of items identified via RFID or barcode with 24/7 monitoring and control through remote, web-based asset/evidence management software. Electronic chain of custody reports provide for full accountability of all items stored in BACS™ Asset and Evidence Management Systems as well.
In addition to its flagship BACS™ product line, LEID Products will also be displaying a new product line. In July 2015, LEID Products announced a partnership with MATRIX Cabinets to provide its customers with an option for higher-density controlled storage. With the addition of MATRIX, the storage density LEID Products can offer customers increases substantially. For example, the maximum capacity utilization of one MATRIX ULTRA unit can contain approximately 500 cell phones.
