As part of the contract, Envisage will implement the Acadis® Readiness Suite to replace DSH’s legacy training management system for their law enforcement division. As of 2017, DSH, which provides mental health services to California residents, employs 13,000 staff and serves nearly 13,000 patients annually. The law enforcement division of DSH is responsible for the protection of patients, visitors, and staff for the five state hospitals which fall under the purview of the organization. The Acadis Readiness Suite will be used by DSH to modernize and automate the organization’s training operations for their staff of 1,000 law enforcement professionals. Acadis will track and support the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle of training events, lowering costs while ensuring the accuracy and legal defensibility of DSH’s training records.

The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) manages the California state hospital system, which provides mental health services to patients admitted into DSH facilities.
