The PA-250-IP by Viking Electronics is a 250-Watt rack mounted paging amplifier for 25V and 70V paging speakers and horns. Initiate voice paging with the PA-250-IP as a Unicast end point or add the PA-250-IP to a paging group for Multicast paging. This high-powered paging amplifier adds loud ringing, voice paging, and background music to VoIP SIP hosted phone service or a premise-based PBX.
Additional inputs on the PA-250-IP allow for a contact closure to activate a door chime tone, a 1/8-inch audio jack for background music which mutes during a voice page, and a 600 Ohm AUX input for line level audio sources providing mass notifications, pre-recorded messages, or scheduled tones.
