What first began as a joke actually helped two New York cops transform a community. Cops Moe Badger and Michael Norwood have become known for their singing. In fact, they say those skills have started to overshadow their actual job. But it's not a bad thing. "If I go to the mall there is going to be people asking for pictures and autographs," Badger said.
