    Colorado Senator Cory Gardner last week presented Douglas County Sheriff’s Detective Dan Brite with the Congressional Badge of Bravery for his actions during a shooting that left him wounded on Sept. 2, 2016.

    Colorado Senator Cory Gardner last week presented Douglas County Sheriff’s Detective Dan Brite with the Congressional Badge of Bravery for his actions during a shooting that left him wounded on Sept. 2, 2016. He responded to a call of a suicidal man who fired at deputies when they were outside his home in Parker.
