Flare Caddy This product allows emergency workers to hand carry up to 30 flares with one hand. Using the opposite hand, the emergency worker can ignite and deploy the flare. With a few minutes of practice, flares can be deployed one every three seconds. The flares are deployed with an anti-roll device attached to each flare. The "Flare Caddy" was tested by the California Highway Patrol and is currently used by law enforcement agencies.
