In the early '90s, founder Bill Sage watched officers write reports on clipboards balanced on steering wheels — no surface, no organization, gear sliding on every stop. So he built a desk. Patent granted 1997. He called it "Jotto Desk." One desk became a console. Consoles led to partitions, gun racks, window armor, cargo systems and push bumpers.
