LAPD Motorcycle Officer Seriously Injured in Freeway Crash

A Los Angeles police officer was on the freeway in Glendora when his department motorcycle made contact with a pickup truck, which caused him to collide with another truck.
An LAPD motorcycle officer was seriously injured in an accident while heading to work Wednesday.
The crash involving Officer Jeremy Hollings happened just before 5:30 a.m. along Interstate 210 in Glendora, KTTV-TV reports. He was riding his department motorcycle when the right side of the bike made contact with the left rear end of a 2013 Ford F-250 truck.
That caused Hollings' motorcycle to veer into the freeway's high-occupancy vehicle lane. He then collided with a 2018 Ford F-250 truck.
Hollings suffered major injuries in the accident, and he was taken to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. No details were released concerning the nature of his injuries or his condition.
No other injuries were reported from the incident.
