Dashcam Video Shows Plane Makes Insane Emergency Landing on Busy Road

Washington State Trooper Clint Thompson never expected to make a traffic stop like this. When he spotted a small plane coming down toward busy Pacific Avenue in Pierce County, Washington, he turned on his flashing lights and followed it, CBS Seattle affiliate KIRO reported. The pilot, David Acklam, had lost power and was struggling to find a safe place to land. With the trooper's help, he managed to bring the plane down on the road safely and no one was injured.
