Video: New Jersey Police Officer Nearly Struck by Car During Traffic Stop
Manchester police Patrolman Kyle Rickvalsky was nearly struck by a vehicle in November as he investigated an unrelated crash. Police released video footage of the incident to remind drivers to move over when they see flashing emergency lights on the side of the road.
