Shryock Communications Inc. has designed the Viper Police Pro Combo a system that gives users both VHS tape and removable HDD digital recording at 30FPS real time. Up to a week's storage may be had on the removable hard disk drive along with a VHS tape, and also features a fixed 80 GB internal hard drive for additional backup. (Larger HDD are available). Features also include automatic body mic , rear seat mic, manual and overhead light activation. The 128X digital power zoom color camera is a standard feature on both the VHS Pro and Digital combo models. Also included on both systems is a rear seat mic, 4-inch metal case TFT Active Matrix color monitor/control center, built-in radar interface, automatic daylight saving time update, time date generator with on screen indicators for activation modes, and an infrared remote for on-scene viewing of the recorded tape and programming of the system computer functions.
