The SAM (Speed Awareness Mannequin) System from Innovative Safety Solutions is one of the first specifically designed speed reduction decoy. Designed as a fully functioning torso-only mannequin, complete with a simulated radar gun, authenticity and affordability were emphasized throughout development of the product. The SAM system has been independently tested, with results as high as 96% speed limit compliance. Made with durable polyurethane and vinyl, SAM features articulated joints that enable department's to deploy the unit within a police cruiser on a variety of roadways.
