A man stuck in a traffic jam in Cicero this morning had other things to worry about: His wife was in labor and they were on their way to the hospital.
The man was driving down Roosevelt when he hit traffic backed up by a car fire about two blocks away at Laramie, town officials said.
The baby wouldn't wait for the road to clear and the man decided to flag down a police officer, who delivered the baby in the back seat of the car around 8 a.m., according to Cicero town spokesman Ray Hanania.
