Sgt. Paul Carroll brings his vast knowledge and experience to many facets of the criminal justice field. Sgt. Carroll is consider to be an expert in several fields, such as: eyewitness evidence, death investigations and hostage negotiations. In his 31 years of police experience with the Chicago Police Department he has been a Detective Bureau Commander as well as a Training Coordinator for his organization. Sgt. Carroll specializes in the field of Eyewitness Evidence and Death Investigation Training Programs. However, he has the knowledge and ability to provide training in other criminal investigative fields as well as law enforcement administrative functions.
