Video Shows Cops Rescue Alleged Kidnapping Victim Found Chained in a Van

Video shows New Mexico State Police catch two alleged kidnappers and free a woman who they say was chained up in the back of the suspects' van. It happened back in January after witnesses reported seeing the woman being dragged out of her apartment in Las Vegas by two people. Cops identified the woman's ex-boyfriend as a person of interest and tracked him to New Mexico using his cell phone location.
