Two Wis. Police Officers Shot, Wounded at Hotel
Two Wisconsin police officers were shot outside of a hotel late Saturday.
The incident happened at about 10:30 p.m. as Wauwatosa police responded to reports of shots fired at the Radisson Hotel, WITI-TV reports. When two officers reached the second-floor room where the gunfire originated, they were struck by shots.
The officers were taken to the hospital in stable condition. They're expected to recover.
Police took one man into custody, and the Milwaukee Area Investigative Team is handling the investigation.\
