Frisbuoy

The Water Rescue Frisbuoy is a device easily thrown by a first responder to a conscious victim in a water or ice rescue situation. As the Frisbuoy flies towards a point just past the victim, the rope unfurls as the Frisbuoy disc spins, allowing for a long accurate throw. It is this action which makes the Frisbuoy unique. It has sufficient flotation to keep an adult's head above water while being pulled to safety. The Water Rescue Frisbuoy is made of high impact and strength ABS plastic. For visibility, this disc from Hyde Engineering Group, is the bright international safety orange color and has a Mylar label that can be used as a signaling device.
