Buck Knives introduces four new fixed- and folding blade knives in the Kalinga Pro line. The two fixed-blade models (406 and 408) have a 4 7/8-inch blade and 10-inches long overall. The 406 blade consists of 420HC stainless steel, has a texturized "sure-grip" rubber handle, heavy-duty nylon sheath and weighs 7.4 ounces. Model 408 consists of S30V steel blade, includes brass bolsters, resin-impregnated Rosewood handle, leather sheath and weighs 9.9 ounces. The one-hand opening / closing Kalinga Pro Folders (Models 415 and 419) offer similar options with a 3 7/8-inch long skinning blade that closes to 5 1/4 inches. Model 415 has a 420HC stainless steel blade, rubber handle, nylon sheath and weighs 6 ounces. The upgrade 419 blade is S30V steel with brass bolsters and liners, Rosewood handle and leather sheath and weighs 7.7 ounces.
