Police in Florida say they found hundreds of bottles of explosives at a man's home. Officials claim Christopher Langer, 31, is a known heroin addict who has been institutionalized against his will four times. They say he wanted revenge against the system just two weeks after first responders saved his life. Langer has been charged with making or possessing a destructive device and is being held without bail.
